The 2021 Hawaii Pacific Rim Pickleball Cup (the Cup) gives local players a chance to play in a USAPA sanctioned tournament without traveling to the mainland or elsewhere. Out-of-state players can come for a play-cation. Local businesses will gain from the economic activity generated.

About the Event
The 2021 Hawaii Pacific Rim Pickleball Cup (the Cup) gives local players a chance to play in a USAPA sanctioned tournament without traveling to the mainland or elsewhere. Out-of-state players can come for a play-cation. Local businesses will gain from the economic activity generated.
The Cup will serve as proof that a major tournament can be held successfully on Oahu. It will also provide strong evidence that a dedicated pickleball complex would allow many more tournaments and events to be held, which in turn would allow the sport to flourish even more on these islands.
The Cup, then, is this year’s premier event for showcasing pickleball tournaments in Hawaii. All Hawaii players, and all pickleball enthusiasts everywhere, are kindly asked to support the Cup and to help make it the best tournament experience possible for all participants.
